1. Return Conditions

Purchases made through liufacai.com are generally considered final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds when a customer simply changes their mind, selects the wrong item, or no longer wishes to keep the product.

We may, however, provide assistance when an order has one of the following issues:

  • The merchandise was damaged while being shipped;

  • The product has a manufacturing or functional defect; or

  • The customer received an item that does not correspond with the order placed.

If an issue qualifies under this policy, an appropriate resolution may be offered after review.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We carefully prepare orders for shipment, but problems can occasionally occur during fulfillment or transportation.

Please Check Your Order Promptly

We recommend examining your package and its contents as soon as possible after delivery.

Claims concerning damaged merchandise, product defects, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days from the date shown as delivered by the applicable carrier.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for assistance.

Claim Evaluation

All reported issues are reviewed individually by our customer service team.

Depending on the nature and severity of the problem, an approved claim may result in:

  • A replacement item;

  • A partial reimbursement; or

  • A full refund.

The resolution offered will be determined based on the specific circumstances and the evidence supplied with the claim.

3. Approved Refunds

If a refund is authorized, it will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After the refund has been processed by us, please allow approximately 7–12 business days for the amount to appear in your account or statement.

The exact time required may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or other financial institution.

4. Replacement Requests

We do not offer conventional exchanges for products purchased through Liufacai.

A replacement may be provided only when the original item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied and the claim has been approved by our customer service team.

5. Returns Without Authorization

Customers should not send products back before contacting us.

If a return is determined to be necessary, our team will provide instructions and authorization before the merchandise is sent.

Items returned without prior written approval:

  • May not qualify for a refund or replacement;

  • May be rejected or otherwise handled at our discretion; and

  • Remain the sender's responsibility while being returned.
